AMFO director Stanley Betrian and Ank Bijleveld-Schouten, State Secretary of Kingdom Relations sign a new "beheersovereenkomst". This document describes certain agreements based whereon the restructured AMFO will fill in its role as donor for NGO's in the Netherlands Antilles. The "Beheersovereenkomst" marks a new start for AMFO after a period of thorough restructuring.
